Refund Policy

Sports Central will consider the last resort to REFUND the purchased item if found to be irreplaceable due to unavailability of stock/damage item.

Refund requests from customers are subject for approval of Sports Central and policy will differ based on payment method used. The amount paid for will be refunded, net of discounts.

See below refund lead time and how refund will be returned to customer. 

 

CREDIT CARD

Amount will be reversed back to customer’s credit card account.

Lead time: 30 to 45 working days, depending on issuing bank.

Check next billing statement for validation.

 

DEBIT CARD

Amount will be reversed back to customer’s bank account.

Lead time: 7 to 21 working days, depending on issuing bank.

 

GCASH/GRABPAY

Amount will be reversed back to customer’s account.

Lead time: 3 to 7 working days

 

CASH-ON-DELIVERY/OVER-THE-COUNTER/ONLINE-BANKING

Customer who's record appears on the order form to provide personal bank details (i.e. bank, account name, account number, and branch's address). 

Lead time: 30 to 45 working days, depending on issuing bank.
